- The applicants for Ph.D. Scholarship-Ironsands Processing, 2017 should have a master’s degree or first class honors degree in the fields of metallurgy, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related physical science.
- The candidates should meet the criteria for the Ph.D. for the Victoria University of Wellington and the University of Wollongong.
- The permanent residents of New Zealand or Australia are preferred.
- The students should undertake experimental investigations on the reduction of high temperature of NZ ironsand fines under reducing gas atmospheres, methane, and hydrogen.
- The candidates applying for Ph.D. Scholarship-Ironsands Processing, 2017 should submit both Ph.D. admission application and scholarship application and indicate they wish to apply for this scholarship.
- The recipients of Ph.D. Scholarship-Ironsands Processing, 2017 get tuition fees and a stipend of $25,000 per year.
